I'd also like to add my voice to the general choir of those singing Merry Christmas. Season's greetings to all!
Steve's eaten too much, and I've drunk too much. So what else is new? Cheers! :toast:

Thanks Tony, I've eaten too much as well just thought that it went without saying......

Whats even worse is that it is only 10-15pm here and I am already falling asleep
Must be getting old, or drunk, or something.....

Happy holidays. :santa:

Still getting through the scotch (see food and drink thread)

Just thought I'd seize the rare opportunity to take the moral high ground and say that I saw in the New Year stone cold sober (those who know Scotland and the Scots will have some idea of the significance of this statement). Admittedly, this self denying ordinance is more because it's medically necessary because of the propensity of my eczema to go ballistic when i have alcohol in my system, but still... hope everybody had (and will have) a good one, and that the seasonal overindulgence won't stop you training (too long anyway)
