Is Trijicon still the best? Are other brands equal? Do different colors, front sight, rear sight, make a difference? Are there definte brands to avoid? I need to know soon. I just found out my next requal will have some serious dim fire components. Yes I've been training for it, had training for it, but it was never for qualification before. I want to get the sights and train with them before I test. Thanks,

I strongly suggest you look into AO sights(Ashley Outdoors) as long as you intend to use them in under 25 yard situations on a handgun. My department went with the AO sights on our department AR's and I soon followed with them on my G19. I couldn't be happier. On the handgun they may lack refinement beyond 25b yards, but within that range I believe they can't be beat. Customer service is great and they offer many options for various handguns. Any specific questions, let me know.

I checked out their web site. Good stuff. Anyone else?
