I have only heard of Tenshin Shoden Katori Shinto Ryu which is part of the Katori Shinto Ryu. One of the oldest Kenjitsu schools out there.

Tenshin-ryu usually refers to a school founded by Frederick Lovret. It's a modern school AFAIK although Lovret maintains that it's koryu. Lovret has been verified to have some Daito-ryu training (moku roku, I believe) and claims menkyo in Yamate-ryu aikijujutsu. Tenshin-ryu seems to have been a conglomeration of his training.
