I have many tapes on KoRyu, but aside from Yanagi Ryu, i haven't seem any other school perform iai with both the long and the short sword in the waist.
Are there other schools that perform iai while wearing DaiSho?

I believe the Jikishinkai does MJER with daisho.

I can't think of any MJER techniques, that would be a problem with a wakizashi or tanto thrust into the Obi in addition to the Daito. They are not generally practiced that way however. Probably because the drawing techniques are primarily for the daito. Most of the kenjustu techniques in MJER(by which I mean the techniques once the weapon is drawn), would work with a wakizashi in much the same way that they work with a daito. You'd just have to watch the range issues.
So I guess one reason they are not practiced that way is because the smaller sword does not really contribute to the techniques, and because wakizashi iaito are nearly as expensive as the real ones ;)

Suio Ryu practices with both or either, used against both, either, or other weaponry of the school (kusarigamma for example).

In Mugai-ryu Iai-hyodo we have at least one sensei who always wears daisho. Wakizashi is used for some kumitachi forms as well.
It's not standard, but certainly not discouraged.
As Tametsuji-sensei explained to me when I asked him why he wears daisho:
"First of all, we aspire to be samurai, who wear both swords. Criminals and those with violent intentions used to wear only one sword.
Second, wearing daisho forces you to be more aware of your posture, how you reach for the sword, kamae, chiburi...it makes you think more about the how and the why. For example reaching for the tsuka from below; with daisho you must reach under the wakizashi."

Hayashizaki Jinsuke is believed to be the founder of SFR? Wasn't Kanja Yoshiteru supposed to be the first headmaster, circa 1113?
A few hundred years before Hayashizaki's time.

That is exactky what i experimented.
Wearing a companion sword changes the "feeling".
It is like training with a sweatsuit: shouldn't make any diference, but after training with keiko gi and hakama for ten years it DOES FEEL DIFERENT :)
And about the cost of short iaito, for the sake of training a short wooden sort suits well.

Yes a wooden sword is just fine. I agree it does feel different. I keeps you more aware of your center, keeps your kamae honest and sincere.

Like I said, it has been reported...not saying that there is any truth to the matter. Oh and I am not speaking of modern Iai.
Soulend was not speaking of "modern Iai".

Sorry for being late to reply to this.
Araki Ryu Gunyo Kogusoku train with daisho.
In Araki Ryu Gunyo Kogusoku, the katana is worn almost straight ahead (at a slight angle), and the kodachi is worn at a 45 degree angle.
I saw an enbu last year, where Suzuki Sensei's Araki Ryu Kempo group performed while wearing daisho.
