Source for cutting Mats in Los Angeles

I was wondering if anyone knew of a place in Los Angeles where I could get some cutting mats perferably the tatami beach mats.
I called Bugei and they are all out. I tried Pier 1 and Cost pluss but they only carry mats during the summer.

Try Mugen Dachi at http://www.tameshigiri.com. They make good, consistent mats from what I've experienced, and they are based in El Sobrante, CA which is at least within the state. Power Sensei (a member of this forum) and others have used them with success as well.

If you're not in a crunch for time, Bob Elder sells decent mats as well, at http://www.ecmas.com. I mention the time factor only because its cheaper and usually quicker to ship within CA than from out of state. Bob knows his stuff too, since his students cut at least once a week from my observations.
