Has anyone ordered anything from www.mushamono.com before? I ordered a set of their senban shuriken and the payment through paypal was recieved by them on Feb 26th(12 days ago) and I have not gotten anything from them. So I emailed them 4 days ago to ask what day they shipped my order, and they did'nt even bother to reply back.

Are these guys scam artists or does their service just really suck?

I spoke with Mr. Beato on the phone a day or so ago. I ordered a few items, including the Semban from him. They are on backorder until mid-March as they are hand-made. Everything else, save for the metal fundo, jutte, and kusarigama, is readily available.

Please be patient with Mr. Beato... He will get to you. Remember, that area was hit pretty hard by the weather recently too. I assure you you will get your items by mid to late March.

As to the service quality... No, it doesn't suck. Somethings are just worth waiting for. His business is new and just getting off the ground. Be patient. ;)

Hmm, I see. He should have still replied back to me or put a backorder notice on his website. I will just wait alittle longer then.
Hopefully it will be worth it.
