Yo,
Candy stripes are for 7th and 8th dan. Solid red is for 9th and 10th.
11th and 12th is Mauve!

I can't find the darn magazine, I remembered reading an article regarding certain Okinawan Karate-do that has white and blue Bar as a high rank color in their system.
