I read the review on Game-Revolution (http://www.game-revolution.com/games/pc/rpg/star_wars_galaxies.htm). Kind of sucks you can't pilot vehicles.

Yet. They are planning on changing this in an update.

From what I gather there are bots / demons / outside programs that will build one's states with like to no effort.

That really sucks that people would do that.

I play and like the game. I think it is set up Everquest to really take off at mid to upper levels and there isn't much to it at the beginning.
