Monouchi question

Just a quick question: I have always thought that the monouchi starts under the yokote and does not include the kissaki. Is this too general of a statement or are there examples of it including the kissaki?

From what my Sensei teaches us, the monouchi encompasses the whole top third of the blade, including kissaki.
