Instructions:
The attached picture may be used as a test to gauge how stressed you feel at work, at home or in school.
There are two dolphins jumping in tandem through the water. Research has shown the greater difference you see in the dolphins, the greater the stress you are experiencing. These two dolphins are nearly identical, therefore if you notice a significant amount of difference without having to look too hard you are advised to seek professional help immediately.

Please take the test now.

Didn't notice any differences at all. Must be experiencing no stress whatsoever (or I am desperately in need of new glasses!:D )
