Today at our Asian New Year Festival I ran into Mr. Mike Quigley. He verified that we will not be holding a sword show this year in San Antonio. It takes a tremendous amount of time and effort to put one of these things together--especially since Mike does not have a local Tokenkai to take some of the burden. I hope we can all persuade him to host another one next year.
So, you will have to head to Tampa (Feb. 13-15) or San Francisco (mid-August) or Chicago (Fall) if you want to get your sword fix this year. I will miss seeing everyone, but I plan to catch some of you at upcoming seminars and other training events in Texas, Washington and BC.
