If you're going to be posting here regularly (and it's a great place to come and discuss martial arts) you can save having to remember to sign your posts by adding an automatic signature line to all posts. As to your question; St. Louis, I've heard, has some very good resources related to Japanese martial arts and Japanese culture in general. The link provided by Mr. Svinth will list local and near-by dojo, and your library and tourism bureau should have information on historical information and Japanese cultural events.

Also, Dave Lowry, the restaurant critic for one of your local newspapers (the Post-Dispatch, I think) is a member here, and is very involved in Japanese events and martial arts in St. Louis. If he doesn't post a reply here anytime soon you might try writing him a letter in care of the paper.
