Anyone know a good source for kaku obi? I found some at Tozando. Anyone have one of these?
Thanks,

Try:

http://www.bujindesign.com or,
Kiyota company (in Baltimore) also sells them:
1-800-783-2232.

Hope that helps.

Be well,

Hey Ev,

I've seen them in kimono stores in NYC for $75 - $80 (U.S.). In Japan, you can get them for about $40 U.S.. I think Sukh sells them through the Jinenkan Dayton site, although I don't know how much he charges. But if you ask me real nice I can see if Andy can pick one up for you. :D

Congratulations!(?)

Ev,

If you are talking about the wide belts to use with swords I have been making them. I made one for myself about a year ago. I have sold some to some buyu and also given some as gifts. Send me an e-mail and let me know what you're looking for. :D

Best regards,
