Deadly Arts is a good program that cycles on National Geographic every month or so, you just have to look out for it.

I think there are 8 episodes where they focus on individual arts in a docutentary style, and is actually a very good show.

They have kung fu, thai boxing and also lots of Japanese stuff such as following a karateka gaijin trying to get into a traditional school and doing waterfall training.

Keep an eye out, it's a very good program, also look out for Martial Arts Hot Spot on NAt Geo which also has interviews with O'Sensei's grand kid :)
