Hello all,

Forgive me if I am posting in the incorrect section.

I was searching through one of the closets in my house and found a wooden crate in the back containing the following dolls, according to the stickers on the bottom of them they are called Hakata dolls and were made in Japan in the early 20th century. I decided to post them on here to see if there were any experts on Hakata dolls on the forum. If anyone has any information on these and their backgrounds, I would greatly appreciate a PM or email at Toshizo_Hijikata913@hotmail.com. Thank you greatly for your time.

I think the first one is Oishi Kuranosuke from the Chuushingura. The tale of the 47 Ronin.
