I dunno about defending anything from anybody, but my wife and I have been taking Kendo together for the past couple years.

It would have to be my wife's evil black cat. One swift kick up its arse and I would launch it at the villainous evil-doers where it would cling to their faces whilst hissing and spitting - Thus allowing me time to deliver a swift mae-geri to the scoundrel's knackers! Job done!

Somewhat humorously, my uncle Anthony. He's a big fella, powerful build, and I'm scrawny and on the short end. We'd make the ultimate combination of strength and flexibility. It would be a classic cheesy crusading duo... or something. Probably work pretty well IRL as well. He soaks up a hit or two with that solid frame of his while I hop in and choke the life out of the opponent.

Seriously, my uncle Joe. He's been in quite a few fights in his time, and he's wicked strong with his BJJ. Out of my whole family, there's no one I'd rather have at my back in a fight.
