Questions about Didier Boyet

Dear all,

I was lokking for information about Sensei didier Boyet 6th Dan Iaido.
It seems that he was direct student of Sensei Mitsuzuka. I'm very interested because he follow the same line of Iaido that follow in my Dojo.
Where he get the grades? I know that the only way to get grades is troght the ZNKR... is this true?

yes, Boyet sensei is a direct student of T. Mitsuzuka sensei. He still lives in Japan and trains in that very same dojo, all though Mitsuzuka sensei is no longer teaching and had passed on the dojo to his most senior student. For questions about his rank you should contact him personally. You may be able to get his contact information from someone at www.Birankai.org. As Boyet sensei is also Birankai International's (Chiba sensei's aikido org) representative at Aikikai Hombu Dojo.
