Can you help me find Karen Oyama Sensei of the Okinawa Kendo Federation?

I'm trying to confirm that there is, in fact, an "Okinawa Kendo Federation" and that one of its instructors is "Karen Oyama Sensei." I have reason to believe that someone pretended to be Karen Oyama on a forum in order to promote his own claims. . . . and that there may be no such person.

Google and searches of E-Budo have turned up nothing, and email to "Karen Oyama's" provided email address gets bounced back as undeliverable.
