From the point of view of foreigners' human rights, I cannot accept this system. However, it's a fact that foreign crime is increasing, so for national security I think the system is necessary.

I had to get fingerprinted in the U.S. and I think Japan should have done it sooner.

As much as this system irks me, it actually shames me that it was first implemented in the U.S. The terrorists truly have won.
