This is very important to me. I need translations for the words Kyoheida and Kyohei and kanji. Help me out please.

Anyway, i think "Kyoheida and Kyohei", is the same thing. "Kyoheida" instead of "Kyohei desu", just another way to pronounce it (slang). It means rasing an army. There is a very similar word which means "draft".

Thank you so much. My friend said there is another meaning with the "hei" meaning peace. But, she said she would have to see the kanji to know....... Do you know anything about this?

Try inputting your search term into Jim Breen's WWWJDIC, and this might give you some pointers (bear in mind that long vowels/double consonants must be observed, and that it doesn't recognise *every* kanji, but it is a good start for many words):
