"I am sad to announce the passing of a great friend and mentor, Mr. Frank Fullerton, President Emeritus of USA Judo and Sports Director of the Pan American Judo Union. He left us last evening in Providence Hospital, El Paso, Texas, due to cardiac complications."
I met him several times back in the 1960's. R.I.P. Frank.
