Does anyone out there know where I can purchase a dvd or book about hojo undo I have been training "blind" but I have no instruction.Thanks.

In addition to Higaonna Sensei's power training dvd, you may want to consider the following:

Hojo Undo with Teruo Chinen Sensei (I think you can get this through budovideo's/Don Warrener). Also, go to BushiFitness and Kevin Roberts Sensei has a great instructional dvd. Another great source is John Spence Sensei who has a series of dvd's through his Shorin Ryu site.
