This is our sixth installment of the Best Defense web-series and this show promises to be informative and entertaining, as well. The first half of the show focuses on womens' self defense with techniques that are taught by Michael Farivar, MD.
On the second half of the show, we move on to a private training session for Ninjitsu students by Grandmaster Robert Law. I was driven from my house in Cleveland Heights, OH to a ninja camp in Ontario Canada. There I met the Grandmaster and I saw some incredible things -- and I was allowed to tape a few of them.
You will see some of the secrets behind Ninjitsu stealth. One student demonstrates a stealth attack that includes jumping over six feet high without making a sound. You will also see a ninjitisu practitioner take on multiple armed opponents and win. Knife and gun defense are also featured.
