If I remember right Joe Chesnia (sp) is across the river in Silver Spring and there is Rick Polland way over past FT. Meade but I don't think there is anyone in N.Va. Sorry. Our moderator may have a contact for Joe.

Joe Cieslik lived in Maryland for several years, but he was transferred and moved to Indiana. Rick Polland's dojo is in Severna Park, in the Baltimore area.
