Traveling to Tokyo/Okinawa Questions

Planning a trip to Okinawa and have to switch airports from Narita to Haneda. Any suggestions for those of you who have done it. Will also need to overnight coming back. Can anyone suggest a good hotel close to either airport.
In Okinawa we will probably have some free days-does anyone know of a good tour company/excursions we could book while on the island?
I have an interest in the battlefields of WWII.
I think our diving will be arranged for us -any dive suggestions-would like to do some wreck diving.
It's been 30 years since I was there last-kind of an anniversary thing-I know things have changed quite a bit and could use a little help. Please privatley e-mail me.

There's a bus you can take between the airports. The ride is a few hours. It's not hard to find, just ask someone at the information desk and they'll point you in the right direction.
