Is that a Moderator priveledge or can the GP do it?

Hi Jason,

Anyone can rate a thread. Just look at the bottom of the post and you should see a box that says Rate Tread: . Click on the down arrow and select from 5 to 1 and then click on the Go button.

Open the thread that you want to rate and go to the bottom right hand corner.
