how do you make dango rice balls my mom makes some sort of italian rice ball can someone tell me?

Hi.

My Wife tells me that "dango" is NOT made from rice, but involves some form of dango flower + other incredients.

That is for Yaki-Dango and Ama-Dango.

Maybe some other Members got the FULL recipe, we normally by our Dango at the local Shop.

Unless you are talking about "mochi", that involves Mochi rice and some labour. :)

I will look through our CookBooks and try to get the full recipe.
