It had to happen, good brown rice, suitable for sushi. It's bulk packed in a clear plastic bag, no name brand or anything. And it is really brown, closer to wild rice. I've tried a few rice balls, no shushi, can't decide how it's going to look, what I want to do. Anyone else tried it?
