Looking forward to it. Wish I had started training for it earlier, that always seems to be the case. Have you been to one of Nariyama's seminars before?

no i havent been to one of his seminars before but i have some tapes from some of them and they have been very very good from what i have seen. Me and my partner have been training in kata and are going to compete in kyu grade junanahon.
