Hi,

I at getting pretty tired of my cheap plastic tsuba breaking in class. I have been advised
that using metal or wood tsuba is unacceptable because of the damage it might do to other students bokkens. Any recommendations regarding affordable tried and true alternatives?

Thanks,
David

Hi David,
I recommend leather tsuba from Kim Taylor at Sei Do Kai. Several of the guys in our class use them. Here's a link ... http://sdksupplies.netfirms.com/
