ABOUT A SAMURAI

Does anyone knows anything about KAWAKAMI GENSAN (or Gesan), a famous samurai that was considered one of japanese history's greatest hitokiri ?

The name was Kawakami Genzai, and most of what I know about him comes from the manga "Rurouni Kenshin", whose protagonist is based in Kawakami.
