So, I was bopping around the Japanese Wikipedia, following where it took me, and I came across the entry for nude model/Adult Video idol Sora Aoi (sometimes romanized as "Sola Aoi").

Her hobby?

Iaido.

Man, I go to the wrong dojos...

Blood type is given in virtually any celebrity profile. Athletes, actors, even video game characters. In Japanese culture, blood type is considered to predict personality. I've never been able to figure out what exactly they're suppose to mean, but it's something like A-types are anal-retentative, while B-types are a little flaky, and AB-types are two-faced... Something like that, anyway.

As for Sora-chan's ryuha, it doesn't say. I did a quick Google check, but the only things that came up were various profiles with "Iaido" listed as either her hobby （趣味）, or her special skill （特技）.

At 5'1" and with those proportions, she must be ridiculously adorable in her dougi and hakama...

I wouldn't mind seeing a pic of that...

Iaido, eh? Excuse me while I dream up multifarious Freudian interpretations regarding the way of sword extraction...

Well, I found her official homepage and sent in a request for both her ryuha, and for her to post a pic of herself in her keikogi and hakama on her blog. So don't say I never did nothing for ya...

Not that we may ever see either. It just occurred to me that "iaido" may be a sly joke. Iaido is the practice of drawing a sword; katana wo nuku 刀を抜く. "Nuku" "to draw out", also happens to be a colloquialism for bringing a guy to climax. In other words, in addition to her work, her hobby/special skill is the "art of nuku", as it were...

I think we have demonstrated that the above statement is true :D
