"Put strength into your practice, and avoid conceit. It is easy enough to understand a strategy and guard against it after the matter has already been settled, but the reason an opponent becomes defeated is because they didn't learn of it ahead of time. This is the nature of secret matters. That which is kept hidden is what we call the Flower."

Nathan,
While you probably already know, Kiraku-ryu from the Gunma area is also closely linked to Toda-ryu and Araki-ryu, FWIW, too. I had the chance to look at some kiraku-ryu densho from a teacher of the iseizaki-line. From memory, the Kiraku-ryu jujutsu densho for kirigami/shoden levels noted a series of around 20 jujutsu kata, atemi-zu and some tactics/hiden for applying the kata too, but were written completely seperately to the densho for bojutsu, etc.. Just wanted to pass it on in case.
