Default always a different point of view

Yes by now I bet you have come to the conclusion that I'm a little bit off the main path with training ideas.. well...Training today was different today my friend...
We were training with our military style back packs on.
This was to expereince the weight of having this type of equipment on during movement.. and weaponry.
Here in this photo I'm wearing a CFP90, military back pack that weights 70 pounds.
The experience I got from this was very interesting.
I walk a great deal with it and go on many hikes and camp trips.
But this was a first training with the rokushakubo.
What a great sunday easter training class... what did you do?
