    Hi everyone ! I m new ro this forum .Personally I hate go to gim but love visit capoeirahttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bGQH8NwAnuA. Now I m looking good budget trainer with functionality for my task.I dont know what is better? from this. I prefer working at home for all group muscles. Is it possible?

    Treadmills are good for cardiovascular fitness (endurance), but for strength training you need resistance (weights and/or calisthenics). In a given week you should do some of both. One machine you might want to look into is the Total Gym: http://www.totalgymdirect.com/?key=tgcxrd
