    Default Push tang

Push tang is the normal way to attach the tsuka to the blade; the tsuka is pushed over the tang and pinned. I don’t know that I have heard this name talking about japanese swords, but in the knifemaking world that I sometimes dwell, this is just one of many ways to attach the handle.
