I agree about those demos...some of the ones I have seen were particularly dreary. All star spangled dogis and flashy looking kicks that looked like they had no power. Best demo of the day the year I went (few years ago now) was Faye Goodmon doing some Iaido.

Yeah, Faye was at the 2002 show and was very good

It's ok to do big kicks as long as they have got power, don't just put your leg up high and expect to do damage, that's the different between dancing and MA.

MA is for combat Dancing is for looking good.

    Well, I can help you.

All you need to do is send off £69.99 for my dance education home course called "Anyone can break dance in your Lounge."

    It's a very successful series...

Ah yeah...were you the guy facing the wrong way in the Kendo fight?

    *Only joking!!!*

There was a stand there with a guy saying if you can kick or punch over his great freestanding punch bags you can keep it.

I did a side kick and kicked it over but the guy caught it before it hit the ground and said I was 'Pushing' it over I just walked away laughing, oh well, I've already got one

Hey... that sounds like me, but without the flocking crowds, natch.

(and am I to assume that wearing clothes under the long black coat is to be advised...? I've got a wonderful home-made Ninja outfit that would look... erm... Interesting)

Mike, can I bum a ride up in your car? I promise not to eat Full English Breakfast curry (i.e. Egg, Beans and Bacon Madras) the night before.

Right basically this is what we are going to do.

Get there when you can, I'll be there with the London crowd middle morning some time.

Look out for people wearing E-Budo Tees of just call us on my mobile if you can't find us, if you need my mobile number then PM us.

What's the meeting arrangement then Mike? Perivale Station at a time?

If not, look out for hansom guys in E-Budo shirts (The most hansom one is me btw...)

    Cheers

Well i got a bus & train to catch ... so will be there about an hour after waking .... unless i decide to take the car ... which'll take me 10 mins .... but i have the hassle of parking, and makes it more difficult if we're going for bevvies afterwards.
