What kind of Christian? There are both Protestant and Catholic churchs in Japan. Google search results. The largest Protestant organization is the Nihon Kirisuto Kyo which is an amalgamation of other denominations, I believe. Lutheranism is also fairly strong in Japan (wife's uncle is a Lutheran minister). When you open the Google link, just adjust your search to a particular city of interest, e.g., "christian churches in yokohama", etc.

    Catholic churches in Tokyo:

St. Mary's Catholic cathedral: About the building

    St. Ignatius - 6-5 Koji-machi, Chiyoda-ku 03-3263-4584 (Yotsuya station)

    St. Anselm - Meguro Station

    Franciscan Chapel - 4-2-37 Roppongi, Minato-ku 106-0032 03-3401-2141

    Shibuya Catholic - 18-13 Nampeidaicho, Shibuya-ku 03-3463-5881
