Just out of curiousity when did the eastern religions start to affect the Marital Arts?

Always

....Actually....I think that only recently proper understanding has come about that shows the deep links that Eastern religious practices have with the Asian Marital world....Marriage in Asia can be Buddhist, Shintoist, Confucian....But it ain't Christian....And never was unless you believe in the Jehovah's Witnesses near here.....
I could be wrong....But I ain't had the time to marry in Asia yet...It IS one of my long term goals though...
