Irritating reloading behavior

I'm sorry if this has been discussed before, but I wasn't sure what to search on....

E-budo.com is exhibiting a very irritating behavior for me. Every page loads twice. Or at least, the browser redraws. It starts to load, and then spontaneously the browser window clears and it re-renders the page from the top.

Is this a familiar symptom? I'm using Mozilla 1.7 on Linux. I've got a copy of Firefox 1.0, but haven't installed it yet.

Can't explain that from a browser level (maybe something in the route its traveling to you??), but I have no problems loading with Firefox FWIW.
