Americans in general are getting fatter every generation, why should football players be any different?

High fat diets low in complex carbohydrates and fiber; too many calories from simple sugars -- especially fructose; too much animal protein...

No wonder the BMIs are going up, and that too much of that increase is "going to waist."

You are right. I remember reading an article in the local paper...it had to do with why we are fat, and getting fatter. ..then I noticed all of the people parked in the fire lane, in front of a bakery with an empty parking lot.....
