Well it is 5 years since I first rejoined e-budo. For some reason it has seemed longer.
Oh well, it is back from a hack attempt and everyone is happy.

It could well be longer, doesnt a may 2000 join date mean that you were probably around in the BC era??
Cheers Will!
Well I do feel that old. Living on Juniper berries and having some false Messiah land on my foot while living in a hole is not fun.Originally Posted by Bambi
Well I can even remember using an 88mb internal ram to get onto this, which was then about as good as it got.
But I have been around before 2000. I actually joined in 1999, but the 2000 crash made me lose my account, which is why I have 2 names on here. The first one would not let me log in, so I created this one and used it as many times as I can.
Wow, me too! Too cool,

Maybe we should have one of them pics saying "Old e-budo members club". All these young ones dont know how to e-budo.
[Grandpa Simpson impression starts]In my day e-budo was lit up by a candle held in front of piece of glass.... [pathetic impression ends]
we could tuck our thumbs in between our beerguts and belts and sit in the members lounge moaning about how much tougher posting was back in the day... we didnt have all those rules in the old days y'know
Yeah. Remember the time we could post withing 2 minutes of posting. We could spam an entire board in under 10 minutes with drivel and to some it could make sense. Plus we could get all confused over ACAMAC.Originally Posted by Bambi
Even then we could rewrite posting history hours after we originally posted to warp our bizarre theories to whoever argued with us, making them out a complete idiot ifthey did not do a quote block. I even remember the birth of the I ask, you answer thread in budo fun.
Those were the days. Maybe in another 5 years, after the TV stops talking to me, I may be able to sit on the porch in my rocking chair and talk about how Kimpatsu got busted as though it were a few months ago.
Greetings,
I have also been a member for 5 years and proud to say so!

Yeah...Gomen....Sorry about that! I had planned on having you lot over for the day...But Kiri said there was "no way in hell" it was going to happen...Heh...
Actually..My Sensei had asked us whether we wanted him and the dojo to put on a display for the wedding party...I was all up for it...But I guess things work differently outside of my head...
Heh..
Thanks again.
