working out again
As Rocky said, you should ease yourself back into it Matt. However, there have been times I've layed off working out consistently and then hit the gym hard like you did. Same effect you had as well. I ended up getting burned out too quickly and often times light headed and nauseous. Usually what I do now after a hiatus from hard training is try to do my normal routine but at a much more gradual, less intense, and progressive pace. But congratulations on getting back in the gym....at least you've gone back.
