    #1 - Please abide by E-Budo's General Policy (see the above ANNOUNCEMENT)
    #2 - NO COMMERICAL ADVERTISEMENTS.
    #3 - If you are going to incude pictures, please resize them to about 100KBs so dial up users won't experience lag time.
