Has anyone ever heard of this condition and its treatment?

This might be a good question to post in the Budo and the Body forum. We have many healthcare/medical people that read that forum regularly.
[Edit] Okay; it has now been moved to the Budo & the Body forum.

In the mean time; Indian Fire is a lay term for impetigo, an infection of the epidermis (outer layer of the skin) that is usually highly contagious. Often a staph infection, it can be caused by scratching a mosquito bite or getting an abrasion from a fall, creating a pathway for the germ to enter the skin.
Treatment with antibiotics is often required.
I'd suggest a doctor's visit.

If you are getting regular impitigo from mosquito bites, you may be allergic to them. My brother is, and the horrible welts and infections were a real problem until we put him on a regimen of a B-vitamin. I think it was either 1 or 14, but I could be wrong. It makes him smell horrible to mosquitos, and decreased the chance that they'd bite him.
