I'm holding out for the one made out of high-impact plastic that flashes different colors when contact is made. Thought it would make a great companion for my illuminated 'chuks. Sheesh!

I make leather-tsubas myself and i sometimes have customers with goofy wishes but i politly refuse things like heartshaped( a women ordered it), skullshaped (a very dangerous ninja )tsubas etc. and try to persuade them to a more traditionell design. I never see somthing like this!

Yeah I used to make laminated leather Tsuba all the time I usually just made round ones or copies of the traditional plastic ones though I did make a square one once...that thing looks silly. I can't imagine what Sensei would say when he say that...if I ever made something like that to use and he saw it I think he'd find a way to destroy it.Originally Posted by sven beulke

Who was it that said "you'll never go broke by underestimating the taste of the American public"...? {Not to be putting down my American friends...you can sell crap anywhere. And I note this seller is Canadian...}
