    Manaka Sensei,

Thank you for taking the time to answer my previous questions. My next question is a follow up to your answer to my question concerning newaza question as well as additional information Eric Bajula posted in response to my question.

Do shinden fudo ryu and takagi yoshin ryu contain kata which include specific newaza techniques? If so, are the newaza a subset of suwari and hiza waza or they techniques in and of themselves?

There are kata from both Takagi Yoshin Ryu and Shinden Fudo Ryu which include techniques for when one or both opponents are on the ground. But none of the techniques begin from that position.
