Default You know you've been on E-Budo too long when...

    Signs of excessive E-Budo:

    - You no longer use the dictionary definition of "interesting".
    - "Prince" automatically conjures up the image of a Matsubayashi-Ryu dude.
    - You know the links to every internet fake.
    - "Oh, no. Not the -do vs -jutsu debate AGAIN!"
    - Your favourtite doctors who aren't doctors are: Doctor Who, Dr. Hook and Dr. Stupid.
    - You meet another member for the first time and say, "Sorry, I didn't recognize you without your avatar."
    - You don't bother with books for information anymore. You just enter a silly post and wait for the experts and researchers to correct you.
    - Of the 2223 Japanese terms you know, only five of them are of any use outside the dojo. And three of those are rude.
    - Nothing Will Northcote says anymore shocks you.

    - You think the current crop of trolls are rubbish compared to ACAMAC, Eddie and Brian Demache
    - You begin to think Kimpatsu had a valid point in the whole gi/dogi debate
    - You can recite the lineages of six different koryu, despite never training in any of them
    - You accept Matt Boxall as a valuable contributor, with worthwhile things to say apart from just simple haircare tips
    - You accidentally use the phrase "swampest places" in front of your girlfriend/mates/work colleagues
    - You flip out ALL the time
    Cheers,

    - You can spot a ninjer at 300 metres, and nearly twice as far with a broadband connection.
    - Your wardrobe anxieties are limited to "Does this haori go with this hakama?" and "Where's my other E-Budo T-shirt?"
    - Someone mentions "internet babe" and the first name that springs to mind is Margret Welsh.
    - Margret Lo is a close second.
    - You were a member when the internet was written on scrolls passed from master to pupil. (OK, that is stretching things just a bit)
    - You remember when the BJJ vs traditional martial arts was a fresh, thought provoking thread.

    - "WTF" is funny on multiple levels.
    - You know almost exactly what the defenders of frauds will say in their posts word-for-word.
    - Work is what you do between posts.

Oh, come on. That isn't a sign that you've been here too long. Any reasonably intelligent person knows that after reading about two threads on the baffling boards.

My opinion is, in all likelihood, worth exactly what you are paying for it.

When in the blue hell was I ever shocking?

I am nice me. Just because I have a fetish for babies eating razor blades....

    I'll get me coat...

Glad I was mentioned. Was starting to worry about the non sanity process of e-budo.

    - You've been threatened with legal action from someone you called "Fake!"
    - You've been threatened with moderation for calling someone "Fake!"
    - You've been threatened with being gobbled up for disturbing the trolls.

    - You think troll-bashing is a legitimate sport and should be included in the Olympics.
