I think KW people and ebudo people are pretty much the same. The people that post on both post in the same manner in both.
13th WKC, Day 1
Ladies Individuals:
1st, 2nd, 3rd places - 4 people - all Japanese
the remainder of the best 8 were korean (2), canadian (1), and hungarian (1)
Ladies teams:
1st Japan
2nd Korean (Japan 4 Korea 1)
3rd Canada and Germany

Never mind, found detailed results here. I don't read Japanese, but google translation reveals that the Canadian top 8 woman was Mako Hayashi. Also, Canada lost to Korea in the semi, and Germany lost to Japan, not the other way around.
