Asai Tetsuhiko
I found online that he passed away August 15, 2006. Was lucky enough to attend his seminars once and he made a profound impression on me. He was a really creative personality. He made karate his own and had such a deep understanding that infused orthodox JKA technique with fluidity and grace. His example set me on the path to try and better interpret the formula handed to me and make it my own.
